The P-38 replaced the P-08 Luger as the official sidearm of the German armed forces just prior to WW2 & is considered an excellent collectors piece & sound investment. Three factories manufactured the P-38 & this 1943 Nazi Walther P-38 was manufactured by Spreewerke factory as shown with the 'cyq' stamping. Spreewerke made the least amount during the war, making this the most collectable version some say. This pistol is from my personal collection & is in excellent original condition, cycles & fires fine but you should have it checked by a competent gunsmith before firing. This pistol is NOT RC & has NOT been refinished in any way. Matching numbers throughout. Numerous waffenamt acceptance stampings on frame & slide. DA /SA with de-cock lever. Comes with original black leather WW2 holster marked P38 in mint condition. This is one for the collector & a true piece of history. Photos form the main description so make your buying decision based on these & ask for more if you want to. Call for shipping cost.
