I have taken a Deposit or My Listing has Sold, What do I do now?
If you have taken a Deposit or Sold your item, simply follow these steps to change the status:
- Log in
- This will take you into My Account
- Go into My Ads
- Click on Modify
- Go to status - For Sale and choose an option from the dropdown box.
- Then click Submit.
Remember if you changed to Taken Deposit you will need to mark it SOLD! when the sale is completed.
I've paid for my Ad but it isn't showing on the website yet?
Ads are not instantly listed and are completed when the payment clears when we check the account.
Make sure it meets the requirements. If it doesn't your ad will be cancelled and payment refunded minus a $5 admin fee.
On weekends this can sometimes take a little longer so please be patient.
Please double check your ad is the way you wish to list it as changes cannot be made afterwards unless a mistake has been made.
This is our terms for placing an ad and is not negotiable.
Scams
Unfortunately, not everyone in this world is honest, we do our best to try and minimise risk by asking for licenses upon registration.
Only those registered can list ads and use the Contact the Seller form (email). Your phone number will still be visible on your ad to those non-registered users.
We advise you to always get a Phone Number to be able to contact and check all details of potential buyers/sellers to avoid scams.
If you are unsure, get them to take goods to a licensed dealer/gun shop to confirm legitimacy.
To minimise scammers, we are no longer accepting Wanted Ads from Private Advertisers. Wanted Category is now strictly Dealers ONLY!

Photos
ATT: There does appear to be an issue with photos taken on Samsung Phones since a recent update release with the images loading as black. Please try retaking the photos with another device or change the camera settings.
When uploading photos, ensure file size is under 3MB, cropped, oriented properly, and in JPG/JPEG format.
Connection timeouts often cause upload issues—keep images web-optimized.
Remember: upload steps = Select the File ➝ Click Upload ➝ See the thumbnail ➝ Proceed.
Avoid DSLR images due to size. Do NOT use:
- Unrelated items in photos
- Screenshots
- Images from other websites
- Photos not owned by you
- Images with text/details against our terms
You can upload photos simply by following these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Go to My Ads
- Click Modify
- Click Modify Images
- Select your image and upload, then click Submit.
Registering an account
Choose an original username (no spaces, not your real name).
Use a proper email and fill all *required fields.
If registration fails, read the error message carefully.
If you contact support, include the error details. Just saying "I can't register" is not enough to help you effectively.

Retaining Information of Ads & Seller if Purchasing
We recommend printing or saving ads as PDF for your records, as removed ads cannot be retrieved.
Mobile/Tablet users can take screenshots for personal reference.

This works across devices, and some platforms like Chrome on Android offer special display modes.

When you registered, we sent you login credentials via email.
Can’t find them? CLICK HERE to reset.

How do I Renew an Expired Ad?
Renewing extends the timeframe but does NOT make your listing "new" again.
For Dealers:
- Log in
- Go to My Account
- Click on My Ads
- Click Renew or Upgrade under Expiration Date
- Follow payment instructions
For Users/ Members:
- When your Ad is about to expire, you’ll receive an email notification.
- That email includes a secure link that will take you directly to the renewal page, where you can easily extend your Ad’s duration.
