The Styer M95 straight pull long rifle in Original 8x50R Austrian caliber. Doesn’t have the “S” on the barrel and have been test fired for many rounds. Made by Styer in 1898, so you may let your dealer to certify as an “ Antique”, as it was made pre 1900 and no commercial ammo available. Check with your dealer for local firearms regulations.
Overall very good conditions as Elm stock in unbelievable shape and nearly no dents can be found. No cracks or splits AT ALL.
Metal also with great condition as most bluing is remained, straight pull action is butter smooth. Bore is 8/10, no rust and rifling is very sharp. Groups around 4 inchs at 100 meter with correct .330 projectiles.
It is pretty hard to find an original 8x50R M95 as most of them were converted to 8x56R after WW1. And its condition is astonishing consider its 126 yr old.
Will come with 2 original enbloc clips, 14 once fired(by this rifle) 8x50r brass, which reformed from 7.62x54R. And 20 PPU .330 projectiles. Can provide the dealer who has the FL dies for this caliber.
