A used Marlin 39AS Original Golden chambered in .22LR. An exquisite example of a classic Marlin firearm. This rifle is JM stamped, and features the sought-after original chequering. Overall the firearm is in very good condition, with the only cosmetic defect of note being some small pockets of surface rust formation on the barrel (see photos). Bore is excellent, and the micro-groove rifling is still present. Would make a great addition to the collection of a Marlin appreciator or for the average joe looking for a superb plinking or hunting rifle.
