For sale, on consignment, a Winchester Model 70 “Long Range” custom rifle in the very popular calibre of 6.5mm Creedmoor. This calibre is rewriting the accuracy books. The fluted target grade barrel is 24” in length and fitted with a custom muzzle brake.
This custom rifle has been assembled from the best quality components.
The stock is a Genuine McMillan A5 with a target pistol hand, a nice flat fore-end for bench rest or tri-pod. It also has an adjustable comb and length of pull.
The scope needs no introduction: Swarovski Z6I (Illuminated) 2.5-15 X 56 P HD, with lense covers and a target turret for elevation. A perfect choice for this rifle and calibre.
Rifle is as new having only fired enough rounds to sight the scope.
Deluxe matt bluing on action, barrel and fittings is superb with no marks or scratches. A bench rest grade combination or an “across the valley” hunting rifle.
The rifle is being sold at a reduced price to assist the purchase of a double rifle.
