If you have taken a Deposit or Sold your item, simply follow these steps to change the status.

Ads are not instantly listed and are completed when the payment clears when we check the account
Make sure it meets the requirements. If it doesn't your ad will be cancelled and payment refunded minus a $5 admin fee
On weekends this can sometimes take a little longer so please be patient.
Please double check your ad is the way you wish to list it as changes cannot be made afterwards unless a mistake has been made.
This is our terms for placing an ad and is not negotiable.

Unfortunately, not everyone in this world is honest, we do our best to try and minimise risk by asking for licenses upon registration for listing ads, but we cannot control everything. We advise you to always get a Phone Number to be able to contact and Check all details of potential buyers/sellers to avoid scams. If you are unsure get them to take goods to a licensed dealer/gun shop to confirm legitimacy.
To minimise scammers we are no longer accepting Wanted Ads from Private Advertisers. Wanted Category is now strictly Dealers ONLY!

ATT: There does appear to be an issue with photos taken on Samsung Phones since a recent update release with the images loading as black. Please try retaking the photos if you can either with another device or try changing the camera settings. Some people have had luck with altering them on the computer then uploading.

When uploading photos please make sure the file size is small (less than 3000kb/3Mb) and the pictures are cropped and uploaded in the correct orientation. They should be in Jpg/Jpeg format. If you are having issues with uploading it's usually because the connection is timing out due to one of these issues. Remember the photos only need to be clear for a screen not for print.
Make sure to do the 2 steps, Select the File and then click Upload, You will then see a thumbnail of your pic and can proceed to the next one
Pictures taken with a Phone or Tablet are usually the best
AVOID using a DSLR as photos are usually large for print and would need a lot of editing to make them small enough to upload.

DO NOT include anything that is not included in the sale in your photos (these pics will be deleted)
DO NOT use screenshots
DO NOT use pictures from other websites
DO NOT use pictures taken by someone else that has already been used on the site
DO NOT include text or other details in your pics that would not be allowed under our listing terms - these pictures will be removed.

Log in to your account

go to My Ads

Click Modify

Click Modify Images

Select your image and upload, you will see a thumbnail If it has loaded properly & then click Submit.

First, choose a Username that is original, one word with no spaces and is not your name as this is displayed on your ads
This is the most common issue we get emailed about when people try to register
eg: Peter, Sako, Hunter etc will have already been taken a long time ago.
Make sure to use a proper email address and Enter all the details that have a * next to them. They are necessary for an account.
If you get an error message please read it carefully to work out what you have not filled correctly.
If you do need to email us about registering and you cannot figure out what is going wrong PLEASE include the error and describe the issue - just writing to us saying "I can't register" does not give us enough information let us help you, we then have to email you back asking to explain which takes your time and ours and delays resolving the issue further

First, check your Spam/Junk or Other Folder.
Add Our Address to Your Email Safe Senders List, Address Book or Contact List. Email newsletters can be blocked or filtered into the bulk folder especially now that email filters are focusing more strongly on “grey mail” or commercial mail. As a result of these changes, you may be unable to read certain email communications even if you have subscribed to receive them. It is advisable that if you plan on purchasing from a seller who has listed an ad on this website to retain the information of the ad and the seller's details for future reference, as we cannot guarantee that it will still be available if removed. Printing it out using our Printer Friendly Version or Saving the page as a PDF is recommended, or on a Mobile/Tablet you can screenshot the page. (for personal use only)
