Speer Bullet "Potlatch" By J Woodson Dis

Selling for a shooter/collector on consignment his Rare New still wrapped in plastic Vernon Speer Bullets display advertisement board, The display shows "Potlatch" a painting by Jack Woodson. The painting shows and Indian Chief and a Mountain Man trading. In 1943 Vernon Speer started building bullets because reloaders couldn't get the components they needed from ammo companies during World War II. The company was and is in Lewiston Idaho. The display is a beautiful display of one hundred and nine bullets from .22 Cal to .45 Cal. On the back of the display is a piece telling of the history of the Potlatch and trade with the Native American Indians. The display is in a wood frame. The Condition of this bullet ordinance display is new (plastic wrapped) with what appears to be a dated of 6 -25-84. (1984) The measurements are 24" x 14". These are very hard to find let alone import, with the last know sale being around US$650 for a new condition board so the owner’s price of $850 is reasonable considering import duties if you can even impot one, a great piece of Western frontier native American art combined with well-known Vernon speer bullets making this a great display for a gun room, gun shop or astute collector.
