Savage 12 Varminter Low Profile 204 Ruger

This beautiful Savage Model 12 sits in the excellent GRS Bifrost stock. The 26" fluted stainless steel heavy varmint barrel allows for lots of shooting without any concerns. It features Savage's user adjustable AccuTrigger, which I believe is set just right. The oversize bolt handle, along with the slick bolt,  makes for easy smooth cycling. The Bifrost stock comes standard with a height and canting adjustable recoil pad and is spigot ready. I've only used the rifle once since fitting the Bifrost stock. It's as new. The original wood stock is also supplied and everything is in excellent condition. The rifle has fired a meager 375 rounds. The bipod and bag are also part of the sale, along with 324 rounds of various 204 ammo (factory and hand loads), if you're located in Vic and can pick it all up. If you can't take the ammo, the price will be adjusted down. Call or text to discuss. The Discovery ED PRS 5-25x56 first focal plane scope is excellent. It has a 34mm main tube, illuminated reticle, zero stop and MIL turrets. The glass is very clear. I've shot out to 400m and I'm easily able to see the target clearly. Plenty of great reviews on YouTube. This scope has definitely performed above it's price point for me. Save more than $1500 over new on this entire setup. Transferring dealer is Hunt The Night.
