LITHGOW No2. MkIV* S.M.L.E .22LR Trainer. First made in 1942 as a No.1 MkIII* by Lithgow Converted to No2. MkIV* by Lithgow in 1953 Matching serials on action, bolt handle, nosecap. Clear stamps on butt stock. Magazine stamped on RHS with '.22' Bolt head stamped with '.22 No2' Knox form stamped 'A broad arrow F' Queensland Maple butt stock with brass disk. Fore-end is Coachwood. Several small infill wood repair jobs on LHS. Good clean bore. $50 shipping
