A believed reproduction of a 1861 rifle, this firearm was produced in Japan as a percussion cap, muzzle loading rifle.
The firearm presents in good condition, with the bore clean and the rifling also presenting in good condition.
The firearm is all original, including the brass fittings, but the bluing and some of the brass parts suffering from discoloration or light rusting.
