Produced for the Commonwealth forces as a main front line weapon from the early 1900's, all the way through to the late 1960's as a designated marksman versions.
This rifle presents in very good condition, including both the timber stock and the finish to the metal components.
The bore and rifling are completely different, with the bore dark and pitted under optics and the rifling presenting in good shape for the age of the firearm.
The rifle has all matching numbers from the bolt, action and the nose cap.
