Howa 1500 in 223, in excellent condition including:
- 24 inch varmint barrel 1:8 twist
- MDT XRS stock (with 5 spacers and one extra grip)
- Leupold 20MOA pic rail
- MDT polymer mag (10 round)

Gun has been used very lightly at the range only. Kept in the safe all other times. Regularly oiled. It's a great shooter. Only moving on because I don't get the time to use it anymore.
Condition really is excellent. Would suit new buyer. First to inspect will most likely buy.
