The origins of the Martini Cadet were to train youth shooters (cadets) in the operation and service of the Commonwealths main battle rifle, the Martini Henry, but using the more affordable and less recoiling 310 cartridge.
This firearm presents in fair condition, with the bore dark and the rifling also presenting in fair condition.
It is all matching numbers from the action, all the way through to the stock, unfortunately, the barrel and action has developed severe surface rusting (as shown in the photos).
